MANILA – The Department of Science and Technology-Philippine Council for Industry, Energy and Emerging Technology Research and Development (DOST-PCIEERD) is allocating almost PHP18 million for three infra development projects (IDPs), three small grants for university projects, and a project of the Philippine Rice Research Institute (PhilRice).
